Prices include postage and packaging to all UK mainland destinations.
For orders outside of mainland UK, you will be asked to pay an amount for postage.
If you opt to pay by Bank Transfer you will be sent my bank details so you can pay directly into my account. You will not need to divulge your own bank details so this is a secure method of payment.
If you opt to use Paypal you can pay securely by debit or credit card, no need to have a Paypal account.
All UK mainland etching orders are sent using Royal Mail 24hr tracked delivery. Greetings cards are sent using 2nd class post.
Most etching orders are dispatched within 3-4 working days but some may take up to 14 days if the etching is out of stock and needs to be reprinted. You will be notified straight away of the delivery time of your order.
For non UK orders, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Please note that there may be a slight colour variation from the etchings shown in the etching shop. This is because they are all individually hand inked making each one in an edition slightly different and unique. A scanned image can be sent to you on request before ordering.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund provided it is packaged well and returned in the same good condition within 14 days from the date you received it.
